Faced with a brand that not only offers versatility in multiple categories, but also has the right to claim a stake in quality and flavor territories, we were tasked with repositioning the brand and speak as leaders in the lactose free category at a national level. Our creative concept needed to communicate the attributes of lactose free products (light, delicious, and easily digestible) but at the same time connect with the quality, flavor, and experience of our megabrand concept “Pura pasión por la leche.” The concept also needed to speak to our core adult group with greater purchasing power, and at the same time show a fresh brand that could recruit a younger audience.
